Description: It’s a cute story and there are some charming moments, however it feels like it drags on for a long time as it takes a while for anything to happen and to get to the main plot.

Plot Summary: A girl named Sophie encounters the Big Friendly Giant who, despite his intimidating appearance, turns out to be a kind soul who is considered an outcast by the other giants because he refuses to eat children.

Description: LOVED IT! It was actually a really funny movie, and I loved how the ending wasn’t predictable! Brilliant film for everyone!

Plot Summary: A look at the relationship between Mike and Sulley during their days at Monsters University — when they weren’t necessarily the best of friends.

Favourite quote: too many to choose from!!

Description: animated film probably better, but I still enjoyed this film and the memories it bought back! I love Glenn Close a Cruelle DeVil!

Plot Summary: A woman kidnaps puppies to kill them for their fur, but various animals then gang up against her and get their revenge in slapstick fashion.

Favourite quote: “Fools aren’t born, Pongo. Pretty girls make them in their spare time.”

*Did anyone notice how Anita got pregnant, yet a few moths later she still doesn’t have a pregnant stomach? And then all of a sudden they  have a baby??

Description: gets pretty corny, but still some pretty funny lines (esp. from Billy Crystal). Have to say that all the kids were pretty bratty (including Marisa Tomei)!!

Plot Summary: Artie and Diane agree to look after their three grandkids when their type-A helicopter parents need to leave town for work. Problems arise when the kids’ 21st-century behavior collides with Artie and Diane’s old-school methods.

Plot Summary: A meek and alienated little boy finds a stranded extraterrestrial. He has to find the courage to defy the authorities to help the alien return to its home planet.

They kidnap Baby Bink, but they have a hard time keeping hold of him, who keeps one step ahead of them, and seems to be more than a little bit smarter than the 3 criminals.
